Bow, muzzleloader, and rifle hunts are available (free ranging and fair chase). Antelope heard numbers have been declining in the last decade. This is not to say that trophy bucks can still be found. The whole eastern half of the state has the largest numbers and the majority of high quality areas are on private land. Bucks ranging is size from the mid teens to low 20s are not uncommon. Most are harvested during the rifle hunts, but bow hunters are offered the most challenging and rewarding hunts. Private land hunts may be available! Call or e-mail for more information.
